I have been in the dental industry for about 10 years and have loved every minute. I really like the quote, “Do you have 10 years of experience of 1 year you repeated 10 times?” in my ten years with Patterson Dental I have taken every opportunity to educate myself about and every aspect of dentistry. I am always hungry for knowledge and will not pass up an opportunity to learn even if it is outside of my role as an Equipment Specialist. I bring a very well rounded knowledge base to your project. Many equipment specialists are only familiar with the equipment they sell and not much else about the dental office. I can discuss almost any topic in dental and keep up with most dentists. Whether it be equipment, procedures, specialties, practice management, CAD CAM, or composite I am versed in it all.

One of the largest benefits I bring to your project is that I used to be a territory rep. I had very close relationships with all of my customers and an intimate understanding of their day to day operations and challenges. I worked very closely with 100 different offices so I have seen almost every way a dental office can be run.

This is important to your project because I understand everything that you bring to me I can help you solve any problem that may arise. When you tell me about the pain points of your existing office I understand how those items will ripple through your day and ultimately effect patient care and production. I also know how to help you fix them.

I love small details and precision. That is one of my favorite parts of my job. There are so many moving parts to building your Dream Dental Office and making sure every little thing is in just the right spot is vital. I pride myself on being very organized and responsive. When a part of your Dream Team has a question or needs guidance I am the one they will call. I get back to them and you promptly with answers.

Lastly, I draw in AUTO-CAD. Most Equipment Specialist don’t do this because our companies have design departments full or drafts people to do it for us. I have one of those departments as well and they are amazing. I use our design department to create your initial design. They do a wonderful job and give us a great starting point. After we have that initial design, you and I will take over and design your new Dream Office together. I find that drawing your Dream Space myself helps us cut down on the time it takes to revise your plan. Usually design departments take about a week to make any revision. I will make your revisions quickly, often as we talk. This will usually shave at least a few weeks off of your design time. The second reason I do this is because it gives me total understanding of your project. I know why every wall and piece of equipment is where it is on the plan because you and I are the ones who put it there. It is almost impossible to get that level of understanding of a project unless you design it yourself.

Lastly, I invest in you and your project. I bring the highest level of technology available to every project. The specialty tools I bring to my customers are investments I have made myself. I put my money where my mouth is. I take this job and what I can do for you very seriously. That is the reason I have invested in technology like virtual reality walk throughs and virtual tours. I am able to walk a doctor through their new office before it is even built with the help of virtual reality. You are not tied to a chair during this experience. This technology allows you to physically walk around your entire new office before it is even built.
